- Completed a feasibility study for Wise Wonders, a Montana Children’s Museum
- Formed a Steering Committee to move forward with the museum
- Steering Committee began the work to establish a 501c3 for the children’s museum
- Wise Wonders, a Montana Children’s Museum, became their own 501c3 in September 2014
- Initiated a pilot Laundry Day project aimed at the low income population in 2015-2016
- Supported programming at:

- Initiated the JLB Project Youth Committee (projects listed with Project Youth information)
- Youth Service Initiative continuation through 2001
- Continued the Impact Billings Committee projects
- Started the Community Outreach Committee to evaluate community needs

- Initiated the Tumbleweed Runaway Program
- League volunteers showed films “Drugs are Like That” and “I Think” to elementary students in outlying areas
- Became involved with the Child Abuse Education project
- Involved with Suitcase Art Museum at the Yellowstone Art Center
- Initiated KID2-coalition for implementation of Kindergarten in the public schools
- Donated to Western Heritage Center Changing Exhibit room
- Funded the Children’s Program at the Rimrock Guidance Foundation
- Involvement with the Women’s Center at the YWCA
- Funded the printing of School Guidelines for Child Abuse Identification and Reporting in Partnership with Voice for Children
1960's
- Initiated the Community Day Care and Enrichment Center
- Toured 27 schools with a Children’s Theater
- Expanded the Visual Screening to include Glaucoma screening
- Adopted Handicapped Inc. as a project
- Opened the Evergreen Branch Library
- Covered the salary for a Speech Therapist for Easter Seals
- Donated to Rocky Mountain College and Eastern Montana College libraries
- Inaugurated taping Books for the Blind
- Set up a Child Health Conference volunteer program
1950's
- Started a Visual Screening Program in conjunction with the National Association for Prevention of Blindness
- Provided all the volunteers for TB testing of school children
- Sponsored an outstanding High School Senior to “Girl’s State”
- Sponsored a girl’s counselor at the Youth Guidance Council
- Sponsored the Pioneer Playhouse and a series of art lectures
