Beyond the Balance: Women’s Mental Health & Wellness Series, a six-month hybrid seminar program offering accessible, expert-led conversations on topics such as anxiety, burnout, trauma-informed leadership, financial stress, maternal mental health, and work-life integration.
Offered in person and online, The Mental Health & Wellness Series meets a demonstrated need in our community by providing affordable, practical, and locally grounded education in both virtual and in-person formats.
Women are asking for credible, accessible information that bridges the gap between clinical services and everyday wellbeing. This program provides that space for learning, connection, and empowerment.
